HOW TO JOIN:
1. Registration opens from April 13 until 6 PM on May 15, 2023. To register, pet owners must fill out the form and present the following at the Parkmall Concierge:
a. A rescue story that is 50 words or more
b. A valid Regulard Parkmall Pet Pass I.D.
c. An updated pet vaccination card
d. Owner’s valid I.D.
e. Registration Fee of Php 200
An online pre-registration is available. However, the application must still go to Parkmall Concierge to process payment and complete the registration.

2. Participants are free to choose their own interpretation of the theme: Pinoy Sports & Games.

3. Participants must attend the rehearsals on May 27, 2023, in preparation for the show.

4. All participants must be in the event holding area by 3:00 PM on May 28, 2023.

*Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. No entries will be accepted after 6 PM on May 15, 2023.

1st Runner Up – Php10,000 cash, pet products, trophy, and certificate
