Pet Guidelines and Rules
Get a PET PASS
Upon arriving at Parkmall, register your pets at the Concierge. A Pet Pass will be released once all data in the Pet Registration Form has been filled out.
Have a complete Pet Kit with you.
Owners should have a pet kit containing poop bags or any plastic to pick-up the pet’s litter, an incu pad or a cloth to cover on seats/chairs, alcohol and/or odor remover; and pet diapers (optional).
Be MINDFUL of your pet.
All pets must be on a leash. Owners should maintain a maximum of two (2) meters distance from their pet at ALL times and should NEVER leave their pets unattended. Roving guards have the right to call the attention of the owners who are not watchful of their pets.
Be CONSIDERATE to others.
Pet owners must keep in mind that other mall goers may not be comfortable around pets/animals due to a variety of reasons such as health conditions or phobias. Owners are expected to maintain control over their pets.
Observe SANITARY practices.
Pet wastes must be cleaned by the pet owner IMMEDIATELY. Pet stations are deployed inside and outside the mall premises so owners will have an area for their pets to loiter and litter.
Be a Conscientious and Responsible caretaker.
Pet custodians are FULLY responsible for all actions of their pets. Owners are held liable for untoward incidents caused by the pet. Under Republic Act 9482 Section 5E and F, the owner should immediately attend to the victim and shall shoulder all the medical expenses necessary for the victim.
